Looking for an admin assistant to handle some client outreach tasks. Duties may increase in the future for the right candidate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Google Docs
- [At least] 2 years in a client-facing role (remote or in-person)
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing/cloud services
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, our clients expect a response within 1 hour.
- Solid organizational skills
- Weekend and evening availability a must
