We are looking for a Customer Journey Copywriter to join our Customer Journey Team.

As a Customer Journey Copywriter, you will have a key role at hear.com. You will be responsible for sizable revenue and pivotal to growth marketing. As the ideal candidate you should have strong CRM or direct response marketing expertise and a lot of passion for copy writing, persuasion, and psychology.

Main tasks:

You write incredible, profit-generating content that is emotional, appealing, relatable, and impossible to ignore
You will build engaging customer journeys, nurture, and drip messaging campaigns through a variety of touchpoints including email, SMS/MMS, social, and onsite that pull customers into the funnel and keep them engaged throughout
Write and manage copywriting and content projects such as long-form content pieces that generate huge conversion rates and nurture campaigns that produce leads while providing our customers with useful and interesting information about hearing aids and hearing care
You develop upsell strategies to help significantly boost our revenue
Analyze content performance and create visualizations to present data and proposed optimizations
Your profile:

4+ years experience in copywriting with a performance focus, CRM or direct response marketing and a strong track record of developing effective customer journeys and campaigns
You’re passionate about direct response marketing utilizing good content, persuasion, and psychology
You know how to create “irresistible offers” in the digital marketing space...and already have quite a few “wins” under your belt
You measure and develop yourself by direct, quantifiable performance numbers (metrics like leads, sales etc.) because you know that the sky's the limit in terms of your professional growth
You want to be involved in strategizing the most profitable funnels and campaign messages
Proven track record in managing lead, funnel, nurture strategy, drip marketing via online, and offline campaigns
You can communicate clearly, take feedback well, and want to collaborate with others to learn and improve yourself
Good knowledge of marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActiveCampaign, etc.) is a plus
Creative, conceptual, and customer-centric thinking as well as good a technical basis
Positive, flexible, and well-organized to thrive in a rapid environment and meet challenging deadlines
A self-driven and reliable problem solver with a highly collaborative approach
Native English speaker
