We're seeking a part-time email writing and strategy assistant to help with writing and distribution tasks for our licensed consultancy and software company. While this is a remote position, it's essential that the Email Assistant have the following availability:

Monday through Friday, 10AM to 1PM (Central Standard Time)
Commitment to execute tasks remotely without interruptions during this time
Secure high-speed Internet access and a PC or laptop
Receive salary bi-weekly as an independent contractor
Occasional (flexible) weekend work may be needed once-per-month; no more than 2 hours.
Tasks You'd Perform
Compose creative, personalized email updates for existing clients
Provide content and topic strategy for monthly newsletter
Provide management assistance to our CRM as needed
Modify email calendar each Thursday, verifying contact details and cancellations

What You're Really Skilled and Experienced In

Work extremely well with remote teams (sales, CRM, technical support, etc.)
Creative and very friendly writing skills
Epic grammar skill (willing to take a short grammar test)
Email writing and content management experience for a mid-sized business a must (highly preferred assistants will have 3 years of proven experience in software/tech article or newsletter writing).
