You will create and deliver marketing communications emails and help center articles, targeting current client customers. You will work closely with the client brand, web and customer service teams to support dozens of small and large product, process, and policy launches throughout the year. For this role you will need to put the customer first, have the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, excellent attention to detail and substantial experience writing for an external audience.

Responsibilities:

Work with Product Marketing Manager to manage all:
Marketing and product email communications
Help Center articles and/or updates
Support content ideation and email creation for:
Customer marketing
One-off service communications and product updates (as requested)
Manage all Buganizer requests for customer comms and help center requests
Consult with cross-functional stakeholders to advise on comms-related issues
Monitor communications request queue and work with the requester to clarify details of messaging, recipient list and timing of send
Work with cross-functional stakeholders and legal teams to gather approvals on email content
Create and execute email campaigns using internal tool
Pull email performance metrics as requested
Create and execute Help Center article updates using internal tool
Work with engineering to identify and solve potential bugs that may exist within customer communications execution
