We’re looking for someone part-time/ freelance (~20 hours/ week) who’s passionate and knows how to create digital campaigns that actually convert. From Instagram to LinkedIn, we want someone who isn’t afraid to try something new and optimize what’s working (running paid campaigns is a huge bonus). To begin, this person will overhaul our social strategy in-tune with the growing remote landscape and need for diverse thoughts and perspectives. This person will report to our Content Marketing Manager and Strategist - be ready to learn and work with a scrappy team of marketers (while teaching us something new)!

This person should be able to:
Create and launch a complete social media strategy on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter in alignment to team goals.
Respond to feedback, both positive and negative, in a timely fashion. No message goes unanswered.
Create or re-purpose engaging, high-quality content to share on all channels.
Understand where our audience is and meet them there - even if that means launching a new platform.
Continuously ideate and execute new strategies and tactics within organic and paid channels.
Report daily, weekly, monthly on the success and status of campaigns.
Manage a content calendar and collaborate with teammates in a remote setting.
Use platforms such as Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Canva and other social media tools to optimize our reach.
