The Ideal Candidate:
Has STRONG Customer Service skills/experience-Is interested in creating an excellent experience for the customer
Has a fun approach to customer support
Has a quiet work space to provide phone support from home
Has some experience in providing customer support via phone calls and emails
Can type fast, loves being a part of a team, and is a multitasking ninja!
Cares about the details, very reliable, and friendly!
Is tech savvy
At least 20 hours of availability or more
