Looking for a social media and content expert to manage B2B social media editorial and campaigns (e.g. daily posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others), research content ideas and drive followers with consistent content and message targeting.
Work with the creative team to complete client deliverables
Monitor and maintain quality and performance standards
Improve client satisfaction and integration of all appropriate product and service elements
Growing the value and retaining our accounts.
Regular client account reviews, reports, status meetings and presentations.
Have an in-depth understanding of analytics and insights provided within activity reports.
Ensure all client KPIs are met or exceeded.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell services that will help clients meet their goals.
Excellence in time management for due dates, communication, responses, etc.
Actively participate in client and internal meetings
Work in partnership with other client agencies –media, creative and PR.
Other tasks that may or may not relate to social media marketing, as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
