Haven't received one gig and it's been weeks

I signed up and paid for this service weeks ago and I’ve had zero back. Nothing. Not one suggestion. This is after they claim a response within 24-48 hours. Poor customer service and faceless company. What a shame it could have been such a great experience. I would like a refund, please.

1. If you start, it is very difficult to cancel your membership. I have done this more than once on the website: clicked cancel membership….followed the steps…..and THEY STILL KEPT BILLING ME.
2. I haven’t received a confirmation email yet for the latest confirmation.
I haven’t received one job match or anything from this site.
I will be contacting the better business bureau.

What I love about Solidgigs is that unlike other freelance platforms, they help you focus only on closing deals and winning clients so they do not only deliver you new leads every day, they also give you the tools and resources you need to convert them into paying customers, all for just a fixed fee, no BS, no restricting policies, nothing!
