4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except as described in Section 5. We share it only in these cases:

  • Service providers that work on our behalf under contract: payment processing, website and email hosting, domain registration, email delivery, AI text generation, analytics, customer support, and scheduling.
  • Prospective clients, when you ask us to: your portfolio website is public, and outreach on the Expert plan shares your name, services, and contact details with the clients we contact for you.
  • Affiliates and partners, limited to what’s needed to credit a referral.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, or protect the rights and safety of SolidGigs, our users, or others.

  • With your consent, for any other purpose.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as light or dark mode), understand site usage, and measure our marketing.
