Guarantee

Our promise

Land a new client within 90 days, or we’ll give you 6 more months of SolidGigs, free.

Since 2017, more than 30,800 freelancers have used SolidGigs to fill their pipeline, and many win their first gig within two weeks. We’re confident the system works when you work it. So if you follow the SolidGigs system and don’t land a new paying client within 90 days, we’ll keep working for you at no cost for another 6 months, on the same plan you have today.

What “following the system” means

The guarantee applies to every plan (Daily Gigs, Gigs + Pro Website, and Gigs + Site + Marketing). To qualify, during your first 90 days of paid membership you’ll:

  1. Complete your onboarding profile: your skills, revenue, roadblocks, portfolio URL, etc.
  2. Send a pitch to at least 50% of the opportunities we add to your pipeline each week, using your AI-generated proposals or your own pitch.
  3. On Professional and Expert plans, approve your website within 14 days of receiving it and review outreach or content when requested.
  4. Keep your membership active and in good standing for the full 90 days.

A “new client” means a paid project or contract you win from any source during those 90 days including, but not limited to your pipeline, your portfolio site, your outreach, or your marketing efforts.

How to claim your 6 free months

  1. Email support within 14 days after your 90-day window ends.
  2. Tell us you haven’t landed a new client and share a list of the gigs you applied to.
  3. We’ll confirm and add 6 months of free service to your account, starting at your next billing date. No cost, no extra steps.

Further details

  • This guarantee is fulfilled with 6 months of free service, not cash back.
  • The free months match your current plan and billing cycle (annual members receive 6 additional months added to their term).
  • The 14-day free trial does not count toward the 90 days; the window starts on your first paid day.
  • One guarantee claim per member.
  • You can still cancel anytime under our standard cancellation policy; canceling ends any unused free months.
